By accessing or using the services of 9 Line Fencing ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

9 Line Fencing provides professional fencing installation, repair, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are:

• Valid for the time period specified in the quote
• Subject to site inspection and verification
• Based on information provided by the customer
• Subject to change if project requirements change

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• Deposits may be required to secure project dates
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept cash, check, and approved payment methods

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Property Access and Permits

Customers are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Providing clear access to work areas
• Marking utility lines and property boundaries
• Ensuring property is ready for installation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9 Line Fencing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
